One of the three pieces created as competition prizes, for both the sorrow-contest hosted by *sheispretty and the visual sentiments contest held by =flordelys & *FrozenStarRo. All top-three winners of both competitions will receive the original sized file of this along with two other pieces to be used as restriction-free exclusive stock. The sorrow contest deadline is today, but if anyone is feeling like it, the visual sentiments contest is still on untill 10th of this month.

Oh this piece is just marvelous. I've been browsing for inspiration for my own works and came across your account.

The level of detail makes you want to almost reach out and touch it, it looks very 3D. Excellent work!

What program do you use to create your space scapes? (if you don't mind me asking)

Nice to hear you liked. I assemble pretty much all the spacescapes with Photoshop7, and also for the nebulae I use Apophysis to render the elements needed to build them, and then put them together in PS. I´m not that good when it comes to painting, so the apo-renders provide a decent shortcut, easy to shape nebulae with them, and also color stuff.

Really? You use Photoshop 7? So do I! (although my spacescapes are still pretty crap in comparison)Lolz, but I'm still learning. :D Thanks for the input, I think I'll go look out Apophysis and give it a bash.
