I get a sense of De-ja-vu when i see it, I feel like I've seen this piece somewhere else....could it be possible that this model's photo used else-where?

It´s a stockpick, so I imagine that many have used it. No idea if it´s went somewhere outside DA though, but it´s possible I suppose. Ripping stuff is so easy in this digitalage we live in. :/
