It's a manga - Jin-Roh : The Wolf Brigade - a really poetic film based on the little red hood theme, by the creators of Ghost in the Shell.

Ah, haven´t seen much of the genre, so much stuff in there that I usually hate. But I´ll keep an eye out for that anyway, I did see Ghost in the shell 1&2 and those were really good. :)
